Structure: This bearings has open ends and closed ends 2 types, gererally shaft diameter from φ 6~φ 60mm, multi-lips seal available.
Accuracy: Needle mutual tolorence 2μ m, precision grade G2(ISO/GB309), Thin section out ring will be affected by rigid housing.
Material: Needle: GCr15 (100Cr6), Drawing cup and cage can use carbon steel
Instruction: Working temperature: -30_ +100.
   
Needle roller bearings
Structure: This kind of bearing has multiple structures, such as narrow & wide type, with or without inner races, cages, ribs or seals.
Accuracy: Dimensional tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T 5801(ISO. 1206)
The mutual-difference of needle' s diameter is 2μ m, precision grade G2(ISO/GB309)
The diameter of inscribed circle conforms to tolerance grade F6 before the fitting of outer ring with cage and roller assembly.
Clearance conforms to the value defined by 0 group of GB/T4604 (ISO 5753)
Special precision grade is based on GB/T307 (ISO 492, DIN 620)
Materials: Material for needle roller is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardness HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer rings is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardess HRC61---65.
Material for cages is low-carbon steel or nylon 66
Instruction: Bearing running clearance and inner-cutting roundness should be regulated according to different conditions.
Machine tools should be used for press-in fitting or thermal fitting of the bearing
Limited by plastic cages (suffixed with TN) and sealing-element material, operating temperature is -300C---+1000C.
 
Needle roller and cage assemblies
Structure: There are single-row K-type and double-row K^ ZW-type for this kind of bearings. Special structure of single row K^ D-type and double row K^ ZW-type can be available according to the special structural requirements of customers.
Accuracy: Mutual difference of needle rollers is 2μ m, and the precision class is G2 (ISO/GB309).
The assembly nominal width Bc is – 0.20 for upper deviation and  -0.5 for lower deviation.
Materials: Material for needle roller adopt GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel.
Material for cages can be quality low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel and nylon66.
Instruction: The width of axial location is based on the assembly nominal-width Bc and conforms to the tolerance defined in H12 regulation.
For plastic cages TN type, operating temperature is less than +120C during continuous work.
 
Axial thrust needle roller and cage assemblies
Structure: Various structures of thrust balls, needle rollers and cylindrical rollers are available. For cages, steel and non-ferrous metal can be avaiable by machined or punched.
Accuracy: Dimension tolerance and geometrical accuracy conform to GB/T307 (ISO492/DIN620)
Matched cylindrical roller precision grade is III(ISO GB/T4661).
Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μ m, and the precision grade is G2 (ISO GB309)
Materials: Material for rolling rings and elements is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardness HRC60---65.
Material for thrust washer is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardness HRC61---65.
Material for punched parts is carbon steel.
Material for cages is carbon steel or non-ferrous metal.
 
Combined needle roller/axial ball, roller bearings
Structure: Various type as needle roller/axial ball, needle roller/angular contact ball, needle roller/cylindrical roller, needle roller/axial roller
Accuracy: Dimension tolerance and geometrical accuracy conform to ISO/JB/T 8877.
Redial clearance conform to GB/T 4604/ISO 5753
Needle/cylindrical roller precision grade is II (ISO GB/T4661).
Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μ m, and the precision grade is G2 (ISO GB309)
Materials: Material for rolling rings and elements is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardness HRC60---65.

Instruction: The table data of load, speed and mass is for reference only. For plastic cage TN type, the working themperrature is less than 120 in continuous working and 180 in short working.
